It is a festival that takes place on the last Sunday of August, in which the process of transforming the grape into a raisin is recreated.

It begins with turning on the furnace by "the fogater", the filling of the boiler with water and the olive grass to give the raisin the golden color and the caustic soda that accelerates the drying process.

The ritual lasts all morning and ends with traditional dances.
